Returns
Exchange Policy:
If your item arrives damaged we will exchange your broken pair for a new one of that same model. Damaged sunglasses must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date you received your glasses so we can ship you out a new pair!
Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 7 days for a refund of the total purchase price (less 20% restocking fee). Item(s) must be returned in their original shipping condition unused with tag still attached and in the original shipping bag/box. Used or opened items will not be accepted and will not be shipped back.
To return any item(s) please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and Return Instructions. We do not accept returns or give refunds on high end glasses priced over $9.95.
Note:
Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept returns on high end Gatorz glasses.
