Exchange Policy:
If your item arrives damaged we will exchange your broken pair for a new one of that same model. Damaged sunglasses must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date you received your glasses so we can ship you out a new pair!
Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 7 days for a refund of the total purchase price (less 20% restocking fee). Item(s) must be in original new condition for resale, which includes: Unused with tags attached; In the original shipping condition. Merchandise without original tags attached will not be accepted.
To return any item(s) please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and Return Instructions.
Note:
Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable. On returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
